Jacob Turns 10!

I can't believe I have a child in double digits!  What??  When did that happen??  Craziness.

For his party this year he wanted a football theme.  We organized different types of football contests and then ended with a flag football game.  I think all of the boys had a great time and especially Jacob.

He opened up his presents and he said his favorite was the CD Player/Alarm Clock we gave him.  He thinks he's pretty hot stuff playing "his" music.

My niece, Kira also has a birthday on March 25th so to continue the celebrating we went out to my mom's that weekend to party with the fam.

I can't believe my little baby is 10 now! 

 The other day I was cleaning out my desk and I came across a paper from 3 years ago.  It said, "I promise I will be a nice and respectful teenager" and Jacob signed it.  I honestly have no memory of having him do this but you better believe I'm keeping that and will hold him to it! 

Jacob is one of the sweetest boys you'll ever meet.  I love his tender heart that always is trying to do what's right.  He is quick to say "I'm sorry" and tell you if he's told a lie.  He's so willing to help his little baby brother at any time.  I love him so much.  Happy birthday, Jacob!
