Riley was so excited to perform her "Hollywood" Christmas dance this year at her Christmas recital. I almost thought she wouldn't be able to because she had had a high fever the night before and that morning. Fortunately we drugged her up enough for her to perform (although not her normal lively herself) and then headed straight to the doctor's office where she was diagnosed with strep throat. Poor thing.

Riley was so excited that I let her put on some make-up for her performance. A little blush, mascara, and lip gloss can't hurt, right?

Oh I bet she was loving her little bit of makeup! I remember being Cinderella for two years running for Halloween because I loved wearing that little bit of makeup so much.
p.s. Hilarious that Josh and Wren went to nursery for the first time the same day. I wonder which is the first and which is the fourth child? LOL
