Oh BOY! We're having another one!

Well, it's official. We're going to have another little Doug running around our house soon. Can you believe it? I have to admit that I was really thinking it was a girl this whole pregnancy for a host of reasons, but there was no doubt about it when we saw the ultrasound. He was a little shy at first with his legs closed, but after a few little tricks we got him to finally let us see what's "heading" our way. No pun intended. We're excited and the kids are too. Ryan was disappointed yesterday because it doesn't think it's fair that him and Jake get a sister AND a brother and Riley will only have brothers. Pretty thoughtful for a 6 year old if you ask me. Anyway, we'll need to get painting to make Riley's room not so pink and girly so he can room with her for awhile. After that, I'm going to have to work my magic on my husband to make some changes in our house. We'll see if I can pull that off :)

You are SO my sister - boy, boy, girl, boy! I am really excited for you. Greg and I were talking about your house situation, and we've got it all figured out in case you need opinions. ;) Like you haven't thought about this already.

Way sweet about Ryan!

Congrats to you. I found your blog through Chantels. The room thing is hard to figure out. Gavin is still in our room and he is getting a wee bit big for the cradle. I need to start making some decisions.

Very exciting news, you make such cute boys! I think Riley will be just fine, she seems to hold her own quite well and she is about as girly as they come, so its not like you are lacking with the girliness! Congrats!

Congrats. You are the opposite of us, so if you try again, you know what's coming next. I'm glad you are making cute boys for my girls to date.
