We had a great Halloween this year. Jacob was an Army Ninja, Ryan was a Clone Trooper, and Riley was a cheetah. We had our ward Halloween Carnival last weekend and the kids had so much fun going around to all the booths. Riley and Jacob stuck around the Cookie Walk a little too long but oh well. My mom came down for it which was a special treat for us. We went out to dinner and had a nice visit together. Last night we had a Halloween party at a friend's house which was awesome. My kids seem to enjoy trick-or-treating more with their friends. It was nice as adults to visit and take our share of the loot :) Hope you all had a nice night!

The kids look so cute - especially Riley. Did you get find the avocados the other day?
i miss trick or treating with friends. i think there should be a certain age where you can no longer trick or treat. in our neighborhood we get the adults knocking at the door not wearing a costume and they still stick out their pillowcase expecting a treat. mom is too nice and she still gives them candy. they should hand her a "SUCKER" as a thank you.
