For our big summer vacation we decided (sorta last minute) to head up to Washington to visit Doug's family. We knew his brother was moving to Utah and we wanted to rush up to spend some time with them before they left. We flew up on Allegiant Airlines and had a significant delay to get to Washington but the kids traveled so well on the plane. Modern technology is such a life saver!
Our first day there we traveled over to Hermiston, Oregon to go to a waterpark with Mark and Gretchen's kids. I love how kids just pick up right where they left off!
The kids could have spent the whole week playing at Mark and Gretchen's house! There was a little pond nearby that they would visit for hours and then come home and play in their huge backyard.

The next day we headed off to Quincy to spend a few days with Papa and Granny on the farm.....stay tuned for fun pictures!
