What a weekend

Yesterday Joshua had his blessing day. He was quiet through all of it and then gave everybody in the front half a chuckle when he spit up on Doug and in the aisle. That's my boy! I was so happy to have so much family come from near and far to share in that day with us. Thanks also to Robert and Heather's family and Angie's family for coming all the way out here for it. It was such a special time for us. We were able to get the downstairs finished and painted and put back together for everybody to come to our house for a luncheon. We were exhausted but so happy to have some normalcy back in our house. A special THANK YOU to my friend Kristi for not only giving me ideas for food, she actually made one of the enchilada dishes for me which was so DELICIOUS!! I'm so lucky to have such good friends.

On to Halloween.....
Do I really have 4 kids now? Aren't they all so cute?
As Riley would say, "Super Girl to the rescue!"
Would you be intimidated by this SWAT team member? He looks too nice to be SWAT.
Our resident military man. Really, his dream is to join the military and fight the bad guys. Anything where he can shoot a gun legally or carry any sort of weapon.
Joshua's first Halloween. So sweet! Now if he would just let me put him down and not start crying he'd be absolutely PERFECT!

We all got a good laugh at the spit up down the aisle. Poor Doug was a little red when he went back to clean it up. Beautiful blessing, beautiful family and sounds like a beautiful day!

It was so good to be there to witness another Child child be blessed. Your kids are so great. We love your house and especially the people who live in it. Robert loves playing chase and catch with the boys. That sounds like Robert is my son when really he is my husband that loves to be a kid. Rex had a great time - too much so that he got over tired. I loved every minute at your house. I miss you and can see how happy you are to have your new baby boy. Josh is the sweetest and next time we come I get to hold him the whole time.
