It's been awhile.......

Last weekend we went to the high school homecoming game with my Aunt Wendy and the two boys. We had a great time and the boys loved watching a REAL game.

Soccer takes up most of our Saturday mornings and this picture was taken after Ryan scored his first of two goals scored in his last game. That makes 3 total for him! Not bad for playing in the age group older than he should be in! Jacob was able to play goalie a couple weeks ago and had a sweet save right in the face. He did get scored on a little later but did a great job. He's getting a lot better at dribbling the ball and is getting closer and closer to scoring himself.

A lot of my free time lately is taken with painting furniture. I've painted our bedroom dresser and night stands. This is one of them. It looks cuter in person. I've started doing it on the side for people and am doing my friend Cheryl's kitchen table and chairs a distressed cream style. They're coming out pretty nice and I enjoy doing it.

Last Sunday we got to visit my grandparents and these are some cute pics with my grandma playing games with the kids and Ryan with grandpa.

I know it's taken me forever to get a post up but life has seemed to get really busy. I've been put in as the 2nd counselor in the Young Women's presidency in my ward working with the 12 and 13 year olds. They are such a great group of girls and it's going to be a lot of fun. It's just made my life a little busier than before. I'm still signing for a deaf couple in our ward which I love to do as well. I've posted some pictures to show what we've been up to lately!
